Yes, we are remote-first. Our 200+ team members work from 35+ countries across every time zone. We have optional collaborative hubs in San Francisco, London, Singapore, and Sao Paulo, but there is no requirement to be in an office. We bring the entire company together twice a year for team offsites.
Our process has four stages: application review (48hrs), a 45-minute hiring manager screen, a half-day virtual team interview, and an offer within 48 hours. The entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks. We respect your time and do not believe in 8-round interview gauntlets.
Yes, we sponsor visas for exceptional candidates in the US, UK, and Singapore. For most roles, remote work from your current location is also an option. Our People team will work with you on the best arrangement.
